How do I book a bouncer and what type of payment is accepted?
We require a $50 non-refundable credit card deposit to hold a reservation. We accept cash, money order, cashier check or any major credit card. Payment is due upon delivery.
What are the bounce house rules?
• Adult supervision is required
• No shoes, eyeglasses, food, gum, candy, or drinks
• No climbing on the walls or netting
• No flipping, somersaults, wrestling, or fighting
• No silly string
• Allow only the same size kids to bounce at all times
How are the bouncers cleaned?
All inflatable units are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each use. We are committed to making sure that your children have a clean safe environment in which to play. Our cleaning products are biodegradable and non-toxic to the skin. In addition to cleaning, we also safety check and troubleshoot all equipment before it goes out to each client.
What if it rains?
Weather cancellations can only be determined upon the morning of the rental due to ever changing weather forecasts. If weather forecasts call for rain or winds 25 mph or more then your reservation can be cancelled. In which, your deposit will be fully refunded or applied towards a different day. Refunds are not offered once the bouncer has been set up. If rain begins, everyone should exit the bouncer and unplug the blower. A wet bouncer can be very slippery and dangerous. Once the rain stops, you can dry the unit with a towel and resume jumping.
How much room do I need?
Most bouncers are 15’x15’, and require a minimum of 17’x17’ to setup. The area should be free of debris, animal droppings, low wires and trees. Water slides and combo units will need additional space, which we will discuss with you at the time of the order.
Where can I set up the unit?
Bouncers can be setup on grass, dirt, and level cement.
How do I power the unit?
Most parks and homes will have power sources where we can plug in the blower; otherwise we can provide a generator at extra cost.
